Like a Bonnaroo for the Stetson set, the weekend-long Boots and Hearts Music Festival has been luring some 40,000 country-music fans to bucolic Burl's Creek in Oro-Medonte, Ontario, annually since 2012. Each year, they corral a star-studded stable of heartland heroes—including Brad Paisley, Eric Church, and Florida Georgia Line—that translate down-home charm into big-stage spectacle.
