Since September 2019, QCLTUR (pronounced “culture”) has gathered a strong community, becoming one of the most influential hip-hop media outlets in Quebec. They have interviewed rap, pop, and R&B artists as well as comedians and actors, shedding light on young talents from the Quebec underground scene.
