Wyatt Blair

A Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter who performs with the band Mr. Elevator & the Brain Hotel, Wyatt Blair's kitschy blend of glam rock and '80s pop machismo falls somewhere between Ty Segall and "Danger Zone"-era Kenny Loggins. After issuing his debut album, Banana Cream Dream, independently in 2012, Blair made the logical move to cheeky West Coast indie Burger Records. Recorded in 2014 in the mountains of Prescott, Arizona, 2016's Burger-issued Point of No Return found Blair doubling down on the populist corporate rock of his debut with a 12-track set of John Hughes-inspired summer jams. ~ James Christopher Monger
