In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The five's earliest memory with one another is jamming in their dorm room during their freshman year of college. It was mostly for fun initially, however, we soon found a lot of potential with our sound. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Cage the Elephant, Tell Me I'm Pretty The Backseat Lovers, Waiting to Spill Vampire Weekend, Contra (Bonus Track Version) While the sounds range from dark and edgy to mellow folk to world ska pop, the common thread across these three inspirations is their mature follow-up to their previous breakout albums. We take inspiration from their originality and self-awareness. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Sunburns” This is the first song we wrote together as a group. This song speaks on a multitude of subjects involving growing/maturing and the struggles of maintaining love and moving on. The summery happy vibes with a slightly sad undertone are what make it. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? So far, the most memorable moments in our career are definitely playing SXSW for the first time and opening for Remi Wolf. We're so proud of both of these accomplishments and we are so blessed to be able to play along side other amazing artists. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We are currently recording our first EP! So, releasing that would be a major goal and we would also love to go on tour! We think our songs along with our live performance energy would be a ton of fun to bring across the country!
