In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Quinn and Miles started the band (and playing music) together in the 6th grade, where they both picked up their instruments to start a two man green day cover band- the two Max's joined the band later down the road and the rest is history! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? D'Angelo, Voodoo Maroon 5, Songs About Jane Vulfpeck, The Beautiful Game We are absolutely hugeee vulf nerds and this particular album is a masterclass! The D'angelo record is the standard for immense grooves and the maroon 5 record was absolutely formative for our love of funk rock growing up! Tell us why you chose this song. “As Long As You Want Me” We absolutely LOVE this song- after we finished our first studio record, we decided that we absolutely love the DIY process- this tune was made in a band basement with absolute love and joy and it SHOWS! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? We played a sold out show on first avenue at 7th street entry and it was so surreal to play one of our favorite shows ever in the same room where Prince cut his teeth! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We want to play on the Rockboat so so bad- there's nothing better than jamming at sea! And we also want to see our friends in europe!
