About Skyshard

In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My music journey started with a dream, after which I got myself a DAW, learned how to use it, and started experimenting. Months after I released my first album. That's the earliest and brightest memory. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Aviators, The Cinematic Future Gary Numan, Splinter (Songs from a Broken Mind) Smash Into Pieces, Arcadia These 3 album are my inspiration on dark synthpop, alternative and synthwave. My own album The Borderline has a mix of those genres, inspired in those albums. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “And Life Goes On (feat. Darkspeen Shore & SaxPon3)” This song broke my own record of length. It was also a special collab with 2 amazing musicians, and it tells a whole story without getting repetitive. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The first time I got into a pony community album and got myself on a virtual stage with thousands of listeners. The most happy moment so far however was getting into Ponies at Dawn, which was my longest dream. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes, my goal to make music in the first place was to create a music trilogy of my fanfictional story, which I still need to work on. Currently The Borderline was the first album which takes place on that story, but is not part of the trilogy.
