In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I still remember my first concert being Weird Al. I was 7 at the time and ever since then I have not skipped a Weird Al show when he tours Canada. One day we will introduce some accordians and polka melodies. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? AFI, Sing the Sorrow Comeback Kid, Wake The Dead Nine Inch Nails, The Fragile All three albums are perfect in their own way. The Fragile is an absolute masterpiece in songwriting and sequencing. Sing The Sorrow is flawless front to back and Wake The Dead is a hardcore royalty that never gets old. - Derek What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The initial response to The Greatest Mistake has exceeded all expectations. Being chosen to play Telemiracle and a chance to be broadcast on tv for a new band is a close second.
