About Pats

In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My favourite memory - when I was 6 years old in the record store with headphones on bigger than my own head, jamming the Slim Shady LP when it first released back in 1999. I fell in love with rap music that day. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? 50 Cent, Get Rich or Die Tryin Eminem, The Slim Shady LP Lil Wayne, Tha Carter III These three albums stand out most to me as I write this. Eminem was the first rapper I ever started listening to, who said what was on his mind and didn't care about critics. Tha Carter III is my favourite Wayne album. GRODT makes me feel invincible. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Paranoid” The lead single from my next album (TBD), PARANOID is one of my catalogue favourites. This song represents and stands up for people who constantly judged by their cover. PARANOID is in your face, real, and exciting in its delivery. Check it out. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I recently performed at my first ever music festival called Jam in Jubilee, in Abbotsford, BC. I had a new listener come up to the stage at the end of my set with a piece of my merch on (which she just bought), we hugged and it was very wholesome. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? So many things... I want to continue levelling up my live performances, collaborating with like-minded artists and producers, land my first music sync placement (have my music on TV, video games, etc), & I want to keep creating. Embrace the journey!
