In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I picked up a trumpet in 1999 and wrote a pop punk song. It didn't make sense then and it doesn't make sense now. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? LINKIN PARK, Hybrid Theory Lupe Fiasco, Lupe Fiasco's The Cool Michael Jackson, Bad "Hybrid Theory" introduced me to electronic music, "The Cool" taught me what it meant to be cool, and "Bad" taught me how to tell a story using music. Tell us why you chose this song. “Through the Canyon” This song has dreamy basslines, pulsating beats, and a memorable melody. All these elements can evoke nostalgia in the listener, and at the same time, make them optimistic about the future. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Selling out of the tape cassette copies of my album "Wild Machines." Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Playing my music to a live audience is definitely next on my list. It'll happen sooner than you think.
