In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember writing songs at the early age of 4 years old. My family was not surprised when I told them I wanted to be a full-time artist. They always saw that side of me. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Dr. Dre, 2001 J. Cole, 4 Your Eyez Only Kendrick Lamar, good kid, m.A.A.d city (Deluxe Version) When it comes to these 3 projects, the productions, the writing styles, the swagger, all add up to beautiful pieces of art that I never stop coming back to. The combined sounds of these projects have fueled a lot of the fire I work with today. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Indica” This song is the first release of my new sound, and is the start of chapter 3 in my career. I have definitely changed for the better, going deeper into my head, and being more vulnerable in my writing style. This song definitely accomplishes that. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I'm going with putting on my first headlining show in June of 2022. The turnout was even better than I anticipated, the energy, the vibes, and memories that happened there made that night unforgettable. That's really what started it all. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love to work with some of my favorite artists, especially those in similar lanes as me. My biggest dream is to perform for people everywhere around the world. The stage is definitely my happy place, and I'd love to showcase that globally.
