In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was 9 I used to hide myself in any quiet room with a laptop to compose on musical notation programs. I had an obsession with musical theory and felt like it was a puzzle I had to solve. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Distant Star” Distant Star will always have a special place in my heart. I had written it as an audition piece for university and because it holds such an important part of me have created multiple versions. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Getting to perform with Emm Gryner. She's always been an inspiration to me, so to be able to collaborate with her and share space on stage with her was a dream come true. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To expand my horizons of music and explore as many styles as I can. I think of myself as a sound designer primarily, so choosing to limit myself to a particular style tends to work against me. Might as well try! You never know what you can do.
