In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My first song happened when I was 6yo. I dream them, I pull over on the side of the road to capture them. There's a yearning I try to capture in every song, just out of reach. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? King's X, Dogman Matthew Perryman Jones, The Waking Hours Tom Petty, Full Moon Fever The moods, tones, feels of these records are like the buoys that lead to deeper waters. I can loop these and be reminded of everything that stirs my soul and brings me back to writing songs, over and over. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “I'll Keep Searching” Another attempt at capturing the thing that spurs me on. The internal restlessness that forces myself to strive, improve, adventure toward the unknown. Written in the 1990's, and I haven't changed in this regard. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Opening for Eddie Money, playing for 25,000 people, playing for 20 people who know the words to a song I wrote on a paper receipt, hastily parked on the side of Lakeshore Drive in Ludington, MI. Seeing you feel what I feel when I sing it just right. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I have so many songs to record...I may never catch up. I'm currently releasing the songs that have been languishing on the shelf, and making a trail to Nashville.
