In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was always singing as a child - I'm not even sure I was aware. In Grade 1 Ieft a toy plane at the school and went back to get it. Everyone had left, but the cleaning staff. Before she would give my toy back, she asked me to sing for her! Pearl Jam, Vs. & Vitalogy (Deluxe Edition) [Remastered] Pixies, Doolittle Tim McGraw, Tim McGraw and The Dancehall Doctors As a teenager, I really got into music with Pearl Jam and the Seattle grunge scene. Exploring the roots of Grunge I discovered the Pixies. Later, I was introduced to Tim McGraw and then spent many years singing in a Tim McGraw Tribute act. Some people choose wine, others reach for the whiskey. This song is about having someone in your life that makes you feel better. The first one you want to see and talk to after a hard day. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Winning Season 2 of The Shot. This was the kickstart I needed to seriously start to pursue my original music. That led me to singing O Canada on Canada Day in Waterloo in front of 30,000 people. Right between Kim Mitchell and the fireworks! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Of course! I'd love to tour across Canada, and the States. I'd love to see one my country idols cover a song I've written (um, Tim McGraw?! Call me!!).
