In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was playing at a guitar recital when I was a kid. When it came to my solo, I raised my guitar up and started playing it behind my head. I remember looking up and seeing the snarl on my mom's face. Maybe that's when I started taking music seriously. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Nagaoka” "Nagaoka" the name of my mother's hometown in Japan. This song is about nostalgia and longing for childhood - emotions that I feel often. I always wanted to create a high-energy song with lyrics that are kind of sad. I'm very proud of the result. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love to play a show in Japan. Maybe even tour all the big cities. But one stop I would definitely add to the tour is the Nagaoka Civic Gymnasium. It's just such a cool building with nice people who work there.
