About Chad Brownlee
∙ Canadian country music artist Chad Brownlee is a self-taught guitarist who began playing at age 17.
∙ Brownlee was drafted by the NHL’s Vancouver Canucks and played one season, turning to music full-time after injuries put an end to his hockey career.
∙ Thanks to the success of his self-titled debut, he won the Canadian Country Music Association’s Rising Star award in 2011.
∙ 2012’s Love Me or Leave Me and 2016’s Hearts On Fire were nominated for the Juno Awards’ Country Album of the Year.
∙ He scored his first No. 1 Country hit with the 2019 single “Forever’s Gotta Start Somewhere.”
