In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Growing up in a Haitian and Togolese household, Konpa and Soukous was played all day long at parties where we would dance till the break of dawn. Seeing how it affected peoples mind, body, and spirit made me fall in love with the art so deeply. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Chance the Rapper, Coloring Book Kanye West, Graduation Kendrick Lamar, To Pimp a Butterfly Graduation came at time when my pops abandoned us. So hearing "Do you realize that you are a champion?" Gave me confidence when I felt helpless. TPBF and Coloring are two albums that mixed faith and art masterfully! We all go through things in life that we will never understand, but keep you head up foolie, God got a plan. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Maaaaan, I've had a lot of dope moments, but the one that sticks to me the most is when I did a show in the middle of nowhere Roanoke, VA and a girl approached me crying saying she was thinking of committing suicide and how my music has helped her. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I need to go on an amazing run where I'm destroying the Billboards, and in a position where I can put other artist on. Also real talk, I'm tryna be a dad for real for real, that's really my dream.
