In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up playing the drums because my dad was a musician. He played drums, base, guitar (electric and acoustic) and piano. My grandmother was also a piano teacher so I've been lucky to be involved in the creation process of music since I was a child What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? 50 Cent, Get Rich or Die Tryin' (Bonus Track Version) Millyz, Katrina's Son Nipsey Hussle, Victory Lap I chose these three albums specifically because they all ended up changing the way I look at both life and music. Tell us why you chose this song. “Survivors Guilt” This song is the most personal song I've ever created. In memory of my brother, my friends and my grandmother, this song is a testament to the strength I needed to have to be here today, and a tribute to those we lost on this journey What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? one of the most memorable moments in my career so far was creating my perch brand, and realizing that people love my music enough to spend money on my endeavours. It showed me that this isn't just a hobby, its a calling. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? one of the biggest items on my rap bucket list is to play a sold out festival overseas
