12 Songs, 49 Minutes

EDITORS’ NOTES

On their third album, the globally dominating Welsh thrashcore band came to terms with melody while keeping their intensity. From the colossal martial-tribal drums that open “Your Betrayal” onward, they barely let up for a second. Check out the heavyweight riffing on “Pleasure and Pain” and “Begging for Mercy,” the shredding solos on “The Last Fight” and “Dignity,” and the classical progressions of epic six-minute centerpiece “Alone.” Chorus hooks are everywhere, too, the best of which are found on “Bittersweet Memories.”

mind blowing

this album is amazing, paget is crazy fast on the guitar best solos ever, only 2 slower songs on this album reminds me more of the earlier stuff before the poison (check out seven days on vid sharing web sites). it's less commercial then scream this album has their older sound, but dont get me wrong it has progressed, after all who wants a band to sound the same threw their whole career. pain for plesure, breaking out, breaking down, and fever are the stand outs. my favorite band since i heard them on split infinty. BUY THE WHOLE ALBUM OR ELSE

Absoultly Fablous !!!

This Album is fantastic, i even went out to buy it. i know that all BFMV fans love it and i sure do. the actual music part of the album was put together very well and the lyrics also had lots of thought put into it. In this album there was a good combo of screaming and singing, mostly singing over screaming. the gutiar was fanominal. i will still just put in the cd and sit back to listen. The lyrics were meaningful to a degree and shows the emotions of the singer. i highly recomnd this album or any song in it. the album is almost like a ballad. Even my grandma liked blasting it in her car. great album-every song is worth listing to.

Mixed feelings

I really do like fever however I am slighty dissapointed. I was dumbstruck by how slow the songs were compared to their other albums. I heard that this album was to be more like the poison but I just don't see that here at all. The poison was so fast paced and had a high tempo with such songs like four word to choke upon. Even slower songs such as tears don't fall found a way to get my heart bearing. I just don't feel that here. Don't get me wrong this is a great album and bullet has done I great job. Just not what I expected it to be which dissapoints me.
