Editors' Notes Dean Brody’s sixth album is a reflection of the Nova Scotia-based singer’s wide-ranging tastes. He sweeps his listeners into the David Bowie-esque swing of “Bush Party” and the rubbernecking bluegrass of “Soggy Bottom Summer,” before turning to the sweet sock-hop soul of Sam Cooke’s “Another Saturday Night.” Even on the hip-hop/surf-guitar mashup of the title track, Brody’s unaffected presence always keeps the music grounded in old-fashioned country integrity.
