About Finding Favour

Finding Favour is an American CCM/praise & worship four-piece with a warm, adult alternative sound. Formed in southern Georgia in 2005 by childhood friends Blake NeeSmith and Allen Dukes, the singer and guitarist were soon joined by bass player Dustin Daniels and, using Daniels' contacts from a missionary assignment in South America, arranged tour dates around ministering in Chile, the Dominican Republic, and Guatemala. They added drummer Josh Duckworth to the lineup after eventually relocating to Nashville, where they drew the attention of Gotee Records, which signed the band in 2012. Produced by Rob Hawkins (Building 429, the Letter Black) and Dustin Burnett (Boiling Point, Steve Noonan), the Finding Favour EP was released in 2013, and their debut full-length, Reborn, followed in the summer of 2015. In June 2017, Finding Favour issued the single "It Is Well" in anticipation of the release of their sophomore long-player, Farewell Fear, which arrived in September of that year. ~ Marcy Donelson
