Representing the first southern artist on Insane Clown Posse’s Pyschopathic imprint, the face-painted, horror-movie-loving MC Boondox was discovered in deeply rural Covington, Georgia. In 2006, he released THE HARVEST, which combined elements of Gravediggaz-inspired horrorcore, the banjos and twang of his regional heritage, and the mischievous pranksterism that befits his association with ICP. The next year saw the release of PUNKINHED, a concept record in which Boondox inhabited the title character’s persona. The autobiographical KRIMSON CREEK followed in 2008, and Boondox hit the road with Psychopathic peers like Blaze, DJ Clay, and Twiztid.
