Inspired by Pereza

Pereza’s pop rock has inspired plenty of artists to tread a similar musical path. The rough edge of the Spanish pair’s earlier tracks is captured and updated in Le Punk’s languid brass and chugging guitars, while Leiva’s “Eme”—which swings from gentle acoustic into bold choruses—epitomises the polished alternative rock of the band’s later years.
