Xavier Naidoo's cinematic, socially conscious videos depict the world in all its complicated glory. “Frei sein” is full of sandy beaches and blue skies, while “Nicht von dieser Welt” changes tack with grainy shots of the less-glamorous realities of life in South Asia. He doesn't shy away from more fantastical scenes, though: “Bevor du gehst” turns a racy masked ball into a creepy horror movie.
