About Zoltan Kelemen

This Hungarian bass singer made his debut as the character of Kecal in Smetana's Bartered Bride in 1959. He has performed the difficult part of Alberich in Wagner's Ring. Kelemen recorded Mussorgsky's Boris Godunov with the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra and the Vienna State Opera Chorus.
