I love that this song flips that narrative”); Emmylou Harris' "Easy from Now On" (“This is a tune we've covered very rarely since the very beginning. It's such a smart and perfect country song, and I love knowing that Susanna Clark and Carlene Carter wrote it”); Hazel & Alice's "Hello Stranger" (“Hazel and Alice are such inspirations, especially for those of us who love old-time and bluegrass and want to hear the less-heard voices of all the women pickers and singers. This one is an earworm, and probably had something to do with naming our tune 'Hey Stranger'”).
