Ministry: Deep Cuts

Ministry: Deep Cuts

Ministry started as a synth-pop group with a bad attitude and gleaming keyboard hooks ("Revenge", "Same Old Madness"), and a flair for dance-floor-filling jams ("The Nature of Love"). But then Al Jourgensen cranked up the industrial-strength guitar sludge, grinding beats and insolence ("Piss"); he also made noise outside Ministry, exploring dubby hardcore ("I Will Refuse") and perverted glam-rock ("Da Ya Think I'm Sexy?").
