In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Bunny Hop was probably the first song that had me in frenzy...lol, I remember every time it would come on me and my older brother and little cousin would assemble and dance. Once I got a little older, I joined my church choir and it started there. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Kendrick Lamar, good kid, m.A.A.d city Nipsey Hussle, Victory Lap YoungBoy Never Broke Again, 3800 Degrees I can run all three of these albums front to back. 3800 degrees poetically speaks about what many face in the streets of Louisiana. Victory Lap speaks to the inner hustler and boss I have. Good Kid mAAd city is just one of them ones!! Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Dark Skin Girl” My younger cousin actually made this beat, which makes it even more special. I wrote this as a journal entry originally, during a time in my life where I felt I was coming to terms with my identity. I heard the beat and I knew the words would fit. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I was at a football game talking to the drum major and I told him my name, and he said "Tat Jones with strong bones," lol thats lyrics from a freestyle I did. That made my entire life, made me feel good about my music and let me know people listen. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'm ready to BLOW! lol, for real though. I want to continue making the music God gives me and reach the world. I want my music to speak to peoples souls. Of course make some hit records, sell-out shows, and just be iconic--I want the journey!
