Since coalescing in the early '90s, Swedish firebrands Millencolin have churned out increasingly sophisticated skate-punk loaded with statements of indignation. The group's no-brakes early days—as heard on the ska chestnut "Vixen" and the skidding pep talk "Lozin' Must"—eventually gave way to Bay Area–style pop-punk ("Fox") and jawing melodic-hardcore jams ("Fingers Crossed"), with the band's unwavering moral compass remaining constant throughout their music. Case in point: 2015's nationalism-condemning "Sense & Sensibility", which features vocalist Nikola Sarcevic sneering at his enemies, "You're just a racist clown to me."
