Legendary dancehall duo Michigan & Smiley got their start with iconic producer Sir Coxsone Dodd's Studio One where they recorded a string of '79 hits now regarded as classics of the genre. The pair enjoyed further success with a Henry "Junjo" Lawes collaboration in '81, and then with Doctor Dread on another smash two years later. The Jamaicans continue to ride off the success of their legacy, performing at festivals across the world.
