

One of the evergreen voices of Indian cinema, Kedernath Bhattacharjee, aka Kumar Sanu, entered music at a very young age. His father, Pashupati Bhattacharjee, was a renowned classical singer and young Sanu followed in his footsteps. While growing up, Sanu became fascinated with Bollywood music and Kishore Kumar and decided to explore his fortunes as a playback singer. He moved to Mumbai and after years of struggle, got his big break with Aashiqui. The movie made him an overnight star and since then, Sanu has been unstoppable.
