Boosted by mariachi horns, the slow-burning "Ocean of Noise" may be just as hard-hitting as the Montreal group's big hit "Wake Up", while the rousing, glockenspiel-touched "Neighborhood #3 (Power Out)" and sassy disco cut "It's Never Over (Oh Orpheus)" are just as infectious.
