R&B singer Vedo jump-started his career by appearing on Season 4 of NBC’s singing competition show The Voice. • Vedo started singing when he was nine. The Michigan native attended high school in Atlanta and appeared on The Voice in 2013. With Usher as his coach, he finished in the Top 12. • His debut LP, 93, was released in 2015 via the indie label Platinum Power Moves. • Three more albums followed, including 2020’s For You, featuring the streaming hit “You Got It”. • In addition to his original music, Vedo has also released a string of remixes—dubbed “V-Mixes”—of popular tracks like Justin Bieber’s “Yummy” and D’Angelo’s “How Does It Feel”. • Vedo’s writing credits include Lil Dicky’s 2018 hit “Freaky Friday”, featuring Chris Brown, and Usher’s 2019 single “Don’t Waste My Time”, featuring Ella Mai.
