In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The music of Braveheart from James Horner. That was the first time I felt the power of film music (and music in general), that it can truly drive my emotion. That triggered me to listen to more thematic music, and start composing music. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Ben Böhmer, Begin Again Hans Zimmer, Gladiator (Soundtrack from the Motion Picture) Soundtrack from the Motion Picture Herbert von Karajan, Wiener Philharmoniker, Mozart: Requiem All three have a lot of variety, creativity and emotion in there. It also shapes my mood in a powerful way. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Dusk” I like the chill vibe the piano sounds provide in combination with the rhythmic drums. Also, I think the bridge is a nice cool intermezzo. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The moment when I realized that after experimenting and trying out what I can do with music production tools, I can create some pretty cool and beautiful sounds. That felt as a first victory, and a sign that I can really make something out of this. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Produce a lot more music, and maybe perform at a few places so I can see other enjoying my music.
