The Minstrels

The eclectic, adventurous Minstrels released EPs The Minstrels Come Out to Play and Les Minstrels before their full-length debut, 1993's French St. Laurent des Pins, brought them respect and popularity in the Quebec music scene. The Minstrels (whose music influences include bebop, zydeco, swing, and country & western) released two English albums: Ev'ry Which Way (1994) and West Coast Time Trippers (1996). ~ Gina Boldman
