In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was about 3 years old, and my Dads band was rehearsing in the front room of our home. I jumped on the drums and jammed with the band, playing Johnny Be Good. From that day on, I knew music would be a major part of my life. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? 10cc, Deceptive Bends (Remastered) Michael Jackson, Thriller The Beatles, The Beatles (The White Album) I love a wide range of music, but looking at these three albums I find they all have amazing harmonies and counter melodies. They are so well arranged, with strong melodies. Each of these albums were a significant milestone in my musical life. Tell us why you chose this song. “Dance the Night Away (Do Do Do Do)” This was my debut single and I love the energy, the happiness and the magic that comes through this song. I had it in my head for years and literally wept as we recorded it. It was finally out of my head and into the real world. I love it! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing with my partner Helen Townsend as part of Sounds Australia Showcase at 2022 Americana Fest in Nashville and then meeting and recording with The McCray Sisters on my song Valentines Day and Helens Song Melbourne Streets
