In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember the first time I ever performed. I was in year 5 at a school performing arts festival. I remember my teacher saying to me, "Royston, if you get up and sing I'll buy you any ice-cream bar you want." Safe to say I got it haha. I was so shy. Tell us why you chose this song. “When I Fall Apart” This song means everything to me because it's about my mum who passed away from brain cancer when I was 18 years old. It talks about my grieving process. I hope it can help other's through though times What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Definitely winning Australian Idol 2023!! It still feels so crazy to write that haha.
