My grandad gave me a baby violin when I was about four years old, and I immediately turned it upside down, sat it on my lap and started playing it like a cello. Anna Mieke, Idle Mind Björk, Vespertine Punch Brothers, The Phosphorescent Blues These albums encompass everything I love in music. Detailed, intricate sounds, emotional catharsis, intimacy, immersive instrumentation and genre-diversity. Each has influenced the songwriting and production on my debut album, 'Sight'.
