Singer, rapper, and songwriter Mia Ariannaa made her major-label debut in 2020 with I'm a Good Girl...Do You Believe Me?, an EP showcasing her forthright approach to contemporary R&B. Raised in a household that valued a wide range of music, the Charlotte native sang in church choir and for fun until she took part in Monica's "So Gone" challenge in 2016. The strong response to the clip motivated Ariannaa to continue growing her following with more uploads. She independently released the K-Figz collaboration "Nobody" (as Mia Arianna) in 2018, and subsequently signed with Rico Love's Epic-affiliated Division 1 label. Preceded by the Love-produced single "What Was I Thinking?," I'm a Good Girl...Do You Believe Me? was issued as the artist's first EP in 2020. ~ Andy Kellman
