Ascending from the underground to the top of the charts, Texas-bred rapper, singer, and songwriter Matt Champion is best known as a member of the hip-hop boy band Brockhampton. Following eight albums (one of which, Iridescence, hit number one in the U.S. in 2018), the group disbanded in 2022, and he made his solo debut with the 2024 LP Mika's Laundry. Produced by Champion, Dijon, and Henry Kwapis, the album also featured input by some of the Brockhampton crew, including Romil and Bearface.
