In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I started rapping and writing music at the age of 9, but my sister has often told the story that I've always had the gift to rap in me. She says, at the age of 3, I memorized the entire song from Kriss Kross entitled 'Jump' word for word. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Nas, God's Son Sevin, Purple Heart Talib Kweli, Quality Since becoming a Christian believer, Seven has been one of the most prominent artists I've listened to. His album, Purple Heart really touches on raw truths as a believer. Nashville & Talib Kweli were my favorite artists growing up. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Letter to My Kids” This song is near and dear to my heart. Touches on the birth of my kids, and how having them in my life played a positive role in changing my life. I am the man I am today because of them. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? In 2018, I had the opportunity go to on a youth retreat with the Church of Indian Lake in Hendersonville TN. Me and my sister, Tracey, served as the musical artist for each night during this retreat. We saw many come to Christ in during this time. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Ideally, I'd like to connect with a lot of Christian artists who have great influence in the music industry. I've often found it hard to connect, but I believe timing is everything. I'll continue making music and hope for the best.
