The pride of Iloilo, Jed Madela is a phenomenal countertenor who has represented the Philippines at a string of international talent contests, including the coveted World Championship of the Performing Arts in 2005 where he belted his way to the grand prize and a spot in its hall of fame—a first for a Filipino artist.
