EDITORS’ NOTES

This mishmash of B-sides and rarities captures some of Anthrax’s boldest and brashest thrash moments. “Bring the Noise” is a crushing, mosh-pit-igniting collaboration with the proudly defiant Public Enemy that helped spawn the rap-metal movement. There’s also the profanity-soaked "Startin’ Up a Posse", an over-the-top rebuke of government censorship that mixes shredder mayhem with a country two-step, and the acoustic-tinged "N.F.B. (Dallabnikufesin)", a parody of hair-metal power ballads showing off Anthrax’s nasty sense of humour.
