Nacha Pop: Influences

Nacha Pop: Influences

Forming in 1978, Nacha Pop were one of the definitive Spanish rock bands of the ’80s, delivering clever earworm hooks and a huge stadium-filling sound. They were influenced by British rock and alternative music greats: XTC’s jangling and witty art pop, The Specials’ sardonic ska revival and The Rolling Stones’ blues-infused rock ’n’ roll.
