Though she’s had turns as an actress, Nigerian gospel singer-songwriter Mercy Chinwo finds her greatest creative calling in music. Gaining her entry into the industry at a young age, she performed in choirs for years, a path that eventually led to her emerging as the winner of Nigerian Idol Season 2. Following features with the likes of Sammie Okposo, Joe Praize, Chris Morgan and others, she released her first single, “Testimony”, in 2015.
