Best guided meditation!!!

I’ve been listening to these tracks while floating (or at home pretending to float 😜) and I highly recommend them!! I’m forever trying to improve my meditation game and these guided meditations are not only great for beginners, Sarah has (by far) the most soothing guided meditation voice of any I’ve tried.

Although this album is intended for floating, I still listen to these at home when I need a minute to unwind. My mind still gets very distracted when meditating, I like how these tracks remind you to acknowledge and move past the distractions and continuously help you re-focus on your mediation and grounding practices.
