In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first memory I have of music goes back to my mother Ronda. She had my brothers and I singing in a little group, and we were in the choir at church. I honed my ear for harmonizing early in life, and I have been fascinated with music ever since. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Lupe Fiasco, Lupe Fiasco's Food & Liquor (Deluxe) Musiq, Juslisen (Special Edition) Special Edition USHER, Confessions (Expanded Edition) Food and Liquor is the first hip hop album I ever bought with my own money, and I learned every word to every Musiq Soulchild's Juslisen & Confessions were albums I sang to so I could practice doing vocal riffs and runs, and I jammed the entire time.
